BioSince I am mostly in this due to my SCA friends, I will start there. In the SCA, I am known as Agnes berengarii de girona and currently, reside in Blatha an Oir (Tacoma, WA) in the Kingdom of AnTir. I started in the Kingdom of Caid (So. California) back in the 80's, but moved to AnTir in 1994 and have loved it ever since. I met my soul mate while I was living in Dragon's Laire (Kitsap County) and we were married in 2000. Our greatest joy, Miss Catherine, was born in 2006. Catherine is known as Ursula the Turnip in the SCA.
Modernly, I was raised in Southern California and lived most of my life in San Bernardino County. In 1991 or 92, I moved to San Diego. In 1994, I moved to Washington State. I love the weather here in Western Washington. My mom thinks I am crazy, but she should talk, she lives year round in Palm Desert, CA...can we say, Waytohot! Yeah, like I want to live where it is 120 degrees in the shade.
In 2006, I gave birth to my daughter, which precipitated the opening of my needlework shop, Krazy Kat Fiberhaus, home of the Wall of Thread, in January of 2007. I spend most of my days their showing cool stuff to customers and playing with threads.
Hopefully, my journal will clarify who I am or it may confuse people more. Currently, my life is full with my daughter and our needlework store, www.krazykatfiberhaus.com, in Tacoma.
